Hennessey® is a performance-driven company that has offered mechanical and technical solutions to automotive enthusiasts for more than 30 years. So, whether you’re seeking modifications to your vehicle to enhance the performance on a track or simply looking to have a more exciting experience behind the wheel around town, our suite of domestic and exotic packages takes performance car, truck, and SUV ownership to new levels of fun.

As a Hennessey® owner, confidence in your modified vehicle is of utmost importance to our team. Each automobile that comes to our installation and testing facility is worked on by the industry’s most capable and experienced hands. In addition, Hennessey® offers bumper-to-bumper and powertrain limited warranties on every build so that you can enjoy ownership and know your vehicle will remain hassle-free.

If you have questions about your vehicle or need to start a warranty claim at any time before, during, or after the process, please contact our incredible Customer Service team at support@hennesseyperformance.com or call 1.979.885.1300.

Proper care of your upgraded car, truck, or SUV is essential when it comes to your vehicle’s long-term health and safety. Regular upkeep and maintenance are the sole responsibility of the owner. Every new vehicle comes standard with an OEM owner’s manual that can typically be found in the glove box. In the factory owner’s manual, you can find a routine maintenance plan to ensure your vehicle performs at its best. After being modified by Hennessey®, most builds require little or no additional maintenance beyond the OEM-suggested service plan. Failure to keep records and receipts of routine service may result in the denial of factory or Hennessey® warranty claims.

Your warranty will begin the day your vehicle leaves our production and testing facility for final delivery. Every new owner will receive a copy of the Hennessey® Limited Warranty with the initial start date and mileage of the warranty clearly defined. A Hennessey® Limited Warranty is non-transferable and cannot be purchased or extended by secondary owners.

Hennessey® keeps digital records of warranties for all builds and owners. In the instance of a warranty claim, the information of whoever makes a claim must match that of the information on the original warranty documents.

In the case of a warranty claim, customers are encouraged to contact the Hennessey® customer service team first. The dedicated team can be reached via support@hennesseyperformance.com or via 1.979.885.1300. The Hennessey® team will determine whether the vehicle issue can be addressed through the customer directly, a remote traveling technician, a local authorized dealer, or be addressed at our production facility.

Our warranty exclusion list mimics that of all original equipment manufacturers. The Hennessey® warranty will not cover and is not limited to the following:

  • Improper use, neglect, collision, fire, vandalism, abuse, or miscellaneous road hazards striking the vehicle
