HOW TO PROPERLY MAINTAIN YOUR HENNESSEY® VEHICLE:
Proper care of your upgraded car, truck, or SUV is essential when it comes to your vehicle’s long-term health and safety. Regular upkeep and maintenance are the sole responsibility of the owner. Every new vehicle comes standard with an OEM owner’s manual that can typically be found in the glove box. In the factory owner’s manual, you can find a routine maintenance plan to ensure your vehicle performs at its best. After being modified by Hennessey®, most builds require little or no additional maintenance beyond the OEM-suggested service plan. Failure to keep records and receipts of routine service may result in the denial of factory or Hennessey® warranty claims.
WHEN DOES THE HENNESSEY® WARRANTY START:
Your warranty will begin the day your vehicle leaves our production and testing facility for final delivery. Every new owner will receive a copy of the Hennessey® Limited Warranty with the initial start date and mileage of the warranty clearly defined. A Hennessey® Limited Warranty is non-transferable and cannot be purchased or extended by secondary owners.
Hennessey® keeps digital records of warranties for all builds and owners. In the instance of a warranty claim, the information of whoever makes a claim must match that of the information on the original warranty documents.
HOW TO HANDLE A WARRANTY CLAIM:
In the case of a warranty claim, customers are encouraged to contact the Hennessey® customer service team first. The dedicated team can be reached via email@example.com or via 1.979.885.1300. The Hennessey® team will determine whether the vehicle issue can be addressed through the customer directly, a remote traveling technician, a local authorized dealer, or be addressed at our production facility.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE HENNESSEY® WARRANTY:
Our warranty exclusion list mimics that of all original equipment manufacturers. The Hennessey® warranty will not cover and is not limited to the following:
This warranty will not cover deterioration or surface wear from excessive use, aging, or exposure to environmental elements such as rain, hail, sleet, snow, rock, feces, berries, salt, brake dust, tree sap, or water.
MAINTENANCE AND WEAR:
The Hennessey® Limited Warranty does not cover the parts and labor required to maintain the vehicle and the replacement of parts and hardware due to regular use and wear. As the owner, you are required to maintain items regularly and adequately, such as, but not limited to:
