Online deposits of $5,000 or more are refundable for turnkey vehicles. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days. Refunds on Hennessey products and services are subject to a 20% restocking fee and 5% processing fee.

To request a refund, please contact our Accounting department at accounting@hennesseyperformance.com or call 979-885-1300. You will need to provide the following information:

• Your name
• Your contact information
• The date of the deposit
• The amount of the deposit
• The reason for the refund

Once your refund request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used to make the deposit.
