The Hennessey treatment, as applied to an already incredibly potent super-sedan like the Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing, was going to be extreme. But with 1,000 HP and 966 lb/ft on tap, the acceleration of this thing is beyond insane on a fast canyon blast. And the chassis is, believe it or not, more than up to the task of stopping and turning, even with this much power. But, particularly in 6-speed manual trim, there is a catch, as Matt and Zack discover on our drive.
