The Return of the Corvette ZR1: A 2025 Powerhouse
For 2025, Chevrolet is bringing back the legendary ZR1 nameplate, pushing the boundaries of performance for America’s sports car. The new ZR1 is expected to feature a supercharged 5.5L flat-plane crank V8, an evolution of the high-revving LT6 engine found in the Z06. This powerplant, rumored to produce over 800 horsepower, pairs with aggressive aerodynamics and cutting-edge technology to make the ZR1 the most track-capable Corvette yet.
To celebrate this high-performance machine, several leaders at Hennessey Performance configured their ideal ZR1 builds, showcasing a variety of styles and options. Here’s how they spec’d their dream Corvettes.
Jamie’s Track-Focused ZR1 with Bold Orange Accents

Jamie opted for a Sebring Orange Tintcoat finish, complemented by Carbon Flash with Silver accent full-length dual racing stripes for a striking, high-contrast look. To match the bold exterior, the interior features Habanero Napa leather seating with perforated inserts and orange seat belts, adding a vibrant touch to the cabin.
Performance and aerodynamics were a priority, with Jamie selecting the ZTK Track Performance Package, which enhances the ZR1’s capabilities with a high-mounted rear wing, aggressive front dive planes, and chassis tuning optimized for maximum downforce. The ZR1 Carbon Fiber Aero Package further enhances aerodynamic efficiency with lightweight carbon
fiber components. Jamie also opted for the visible carbon fiber 10-spoke wheels and black exhaust tips, reinforcing the car’s aggressive stance.
Premium interior touches include the Carbon Fiber Interior Package Level 2, elevating the cockpit with extensive carbon fiber trim. A front lift system with memory ensures smooth navigation over speed bumps and steep driveways, while the Corvette Museum Delivery experience makes taking delivery of this ZR1 even more special.
Mauricio’s Clean and Classic Arctic White ZR1

Mauricio took a refined approach, opting for a sleek Arctic White exterior, paired with 20-spoke Carbon Flash-painted forged aluminum wheels. Inside, he chose a Jet Black interior with Adrenaline Red seats, featuring Napa leather seating surfaces with perforated sueded microfiber inserts for a balance of comfort and sportiness.
The cockpit is enhanced with a carbon fiber and sueded microfiber-wrapped steering wheel, providing a tactile and premium feel. Custom Adrenaline Red stitching and two-tone seats further elevate the interior aesthetics.
For aerodynamics and track performance, Mauricio also chose the ZR1 Carbon Fiber Aero Package, ensuring the ZR1 remains stable at high speeds. He rounded out his build with visible carbon fiber mirror covers, adding to the car’s sophisticated, race-inspired look.
Alec’s Eye-Catching Hysteria Purple ZR1

Alec went bold with a Hysteria Purple Metallic finish, making his ZR1 one of the most striking on the road. This unique color is contrasted by orange-painted brake calipers and an Orange seat belt color, adding a pop of contrast to both the exterior and interior.
For performance, Alec opted for Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2R tires, ensuring maximum grip for track use. The ZTK Track Performance Package provides aerodynamic enhancements that improve downforce and stability. Like the others, he also selected the ZR1 Carbon Fiber Aero Package, reinforcing the aggressive, high-performance aesthetic.
Inside, Alec’s ZR1 features Sky Cool Gray Napa leather seats with sueded microfiber inserts, a carbon fiber and sueded microfiber-wrapped steering wheel, and the Stealth Interior Trim Package, which adds a dark, high-tech look to the cockpit.
Additional high-end options include the Carbon Fiber Interior Package Level 2, extensive visible carbon fiber components, and a front lift system with memory for added convenience.
Alex’s Stealthy and Track-Ready Black ZR1

Alex took a refined yet aggressive approach with his Black ZR1, ensuring a sleek and stealthy aesthetic. Blue-painted brake calipers add a subtle contrast, while the Dark Stealth crossed flags emblem reinforces the understated but bold theme. His choice of 20″/21″ 20-spoke Sterling Silver-painted forged aluminum wheels adds a classic performance look to the build.
For ultimate performance, Alex opted for the Michelin® Pilot® Sport Cup 2R tires, maximizing grip on both road and track. The ZTK Track Performance Package further enhances aerodynamics, while the ZR1 Carbon Fiber Aero Package completes the aggressive stance.
Inside, Alex’s ZR1 features Artemis Napa leather seating surfaces with perforated inserts, blending luxury with a motorsport-inspired design. Additional premium options include the personalized interior plaque, visible carbon fiber sill plates, and a 2-piece premium leather travel bag set with the Corvette crossed flags logo.
Further refinements include black exhaust tips, a black tow hook, and all-weather floor liners with the Jake logo, ensuring this ZR1 is both stylish and practical for any driving scenario.
