What are two of the biggest names when it comes to American muscle? The Dodge Challenger Hellcat and Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 have long been two of our favorite vehicles to modify. Their iconic looks and incredible performance make them a joy to drive in any environment.

Today, we’ve lined up a couple of 1,000 HP examples of these classic muscle cars. The Camaro ZL1 Convertible comes from the factory with a supercharged 6.2L LT4 V8 which we’ve upped to 1,000 HP and more than 966 lb-ft of torque. The Challenger Hellcat convertible comes from Dodge with a supercharged 6.2L HEMI V8 that produces 797 horsepower. We’ve bumped it to a staggering 1,000 HP and 948 lb-ft of torque.
